The Service Management module handles both reactive and planned maintenance jobs, whether external or internal, and can be used in environments such as Small Works Maintenance, Building Services, Facilities Management and Vehicle and Plant Maintenance. It can be used for warranty jobs, service contracts, call-out service and repairs.
